Shipping & Returns
ORDERS & SHIPPING
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express,
and Discover. We are working to accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for your convenience in the near future.
We do not offer international shipping at this time. We currently ship within the United States only. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. If you don't receive this email within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation has been received. Processing time does not include shipping time and may be extended during peak seasons or holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
Delivery times depend on your selected shipping method and location:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (3-5 business days)
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days)
Please note that processing time (1-3 business days) is in addition to shipping time.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking
number and link to track your package. You can also:
- Log into your account at flourishbynova.com and view "My Orders"
- Use the tracking number directly on the carrier's website (UPS, FedEx, or USPS)
- Contact our customer service team for assistance
Order changes may be possible if your order hasn't entered the processing stage. Please contact our customer service team immediately at hello@flourishbynova.com with your order number. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make changes, but you may be able to return items according to our return policy.
If your order is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact both our team and the carrier right away. We recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or building staff is recommended, as carriers sometimes leave packages in hidden areas, at the wrong doors, or at front desks.
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number for additional delivery details.
- Email Flourish Support at hello@flourishbynova.com with your order number.
We’ll do our best to help track down your package and, if necessary, guide you through any claims process. Please note, Flourish is not liable for packages after they are marked delivered, but we are always here to support you in resolving delivery issues.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations. All
shipments require a physical street address for delivery.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for unwanted items. Items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with neck safety seal attached
- Accompanied by the packing slip
Exception: Sale items and final sale items cannot be returned.
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery via email at hello@flourishbynova.com
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive a return authorization number and prepaid return label via email
- Package the item(s) in the original packaging with the authorization number
- Ship using the provided prepaid label
We offer free return shipping for your convenience.
- Return Processing: 3-5 business days after we receive your returned item(s)
- Refund Processing: 5-10 business days to appear on your original payment method after return approval.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. If you paid with a credit card, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
If your bottle of Flourish arrives damaged:
- Contact us immediately within 5 business days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We'll arrange for a free replacement or full refund
- Free return shipping will be provided for damaged items
We may require the damaged item to be returned before we can process a replacement or refund. NOVA reserves the right to determine if a product has been damaged. NOVA is not responsible for packages damaged in transit, but we will do our best to make it up to you!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after you've placed your order,
we'll contact you immediately to discuss alternatives or process a full refund.
During busy periods (holidays, sales events), processing and shipping times may be extended. We'll notify customers of any expected delays via email and on our website.
We want to make returns easy and fair, but we reserve the right to refuse returns if they do not comply with our stated policy or exhibit patterns of misuse, abuse, or fraud.
Certain items are non-returnable for safety reasons, including opened supplements, items sold at a discount of more than 25%, and items marked as final sale.
We do not offer exchanges.
Applicable sales taxes or duties are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. You will see the full amount before completing your purchase.
