Hi, I’m Kathryn Robinson.
I created Flourish for every woman who’s ever felt at war with her own body.
For years, I battled body dysmorphia while the wellness world fed me a constant stream of restriction, shame, and one-size-fits-all fixes. I tried to shrink myself to fit into a system that wasn’t built for all women. I’ve chased quick fixes, followed restrictive plans, and tried to mold myself into whatever “healthy” was supposed to look like. And like so many women, I was left feeling dismissed, misinformed, and disconnected from my own body.
Eventually, I realized the problem wasn’t my body. It was the industry. I was done shrinking myself to fit into a wellness industry that never truly saw me.
So, I built something different.
