Right now, we offer two subscription options. You can choose the frequency that fits your wellness routine:
- Monthly Subscription: One month's supply
delivered every month - Three-Month Subscription: Three months’ supply delivered every 3 months

Absolutely! You can cancel or modify your subscription anytime through your account portal—no long-term contracts, just flexible support for your wellness journey.

No minimum commitment required—start, pause, or cancel anytime based on what works best for your routine.
We reserve the right to deny subscription renewals if we determine that our service is being abused. For instance, repeatedly subscribing for a short period, cancelling, and then resubscribing to take advantage of introductory offers may be considered misuse. Accounts exhibiting patterns of non-compliance, abuse, or fraud may be prohibited from future subscriptions.
MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
Once you subscribe, you'll receive login details to access your personalized subscription portal, where you can:
- View upcoming deliveries
- Skip or reschedule orders
- Update your shipping address
- Modify or cancel your subscription
Yes! Switch between monthly and three-month delivery anytime through your subscription portal. Changes take effect with your next scheduled order.
Log in to your subscription portal and select "Skip" for any upcoming delivery, or reschedule it to a more convenient date.
Life happens! You can pause your subscription by contacting us directly: hello@flourishbynova.com. Be sure to include your name, address, and any other pertinent information.
BILLING & PAYMENT
You'll be charged on the same date each billing cycle. For monthly subscriptions, this occurs every month; for three-month subscriptions, every 3 months.
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apply Pay, and Google Pay for subscription orders.
If a payment fails, we'll automatically retry every 6 days and send you an email notification. We will repeat this for a maximum of 6 attempts over a 60-day period. If payment has failed at the end of the 60-day period, your subscription will automatically be cancelled.
You can update your payment information anytime in your subscription portal to avoid any delivery delays. If your subscription has been cancelled due to a failed payment, you can reactivate it anytime in your portal.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Your first subscription order processes within 1-3 business days and arrives according to your selected shipping method (5-7 business days for standard shipping).
You'll receive an email confirmation for each subscription order processed, along with tracking information once your order ships.
Update your shipping address anytime through your subscription portal. Changes made at least 24 hours before your next order is processed will apply to that delivery.
Your delivery date is based on your subscription start date. However, you can reschedule individual deliveries through your portal as needed.
Subscription orders require a physical street address and will be left by the carrier. If you are not going to be at the address assigned to your subscription, we recommend rescheduling your shipment or changing the delivery address.
We cannot ship to PO boxes, APO/PPOs for subscription orders.
Contact us immediately with photos of any damage. We'll follow our standard procedures for the returns process and arrange for immediate replacement shipping at no cost to you.
We'll notify subscribers of any potential delays during peak periods. However, as a subscriber, your purchase is always on our radar, Supernova! You can always adjust delivery dates through your portal to accommodate your schedule.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Absolutely! Your subscription to Flourish is identical to a one-time purchase—same high-quality, science-backed formulation, and rigorous quality standards.
If any item in your subscription is temporarily unavailable, we'll notify you immediately and offer alternatives or allow you to skip that delivery without charge.
Flourish includes a best-by date on the package, and subscription deliveries are timed to ensure you use products well before expiration.
CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS
Yes, you have complete control. Cancel anytime through your subscription portal with no cancellation fees or penalties. Your subscription benefits continue until your current billing period ends.

If you’ve already been charged and haven’t yet received your latest subscription shipment, don’t worry—you’ll still receive that order as planned. After your current subscription period ends, you’re welcome to continue shopping for one-time purchases at regular prices, or you can restart your subscription anytime. Flourish is always here whenever you’re ready to continue your wellness journey!
