REVOLUTIONARY WELLNESS. LIVES THAT FLOURISH.
Flourish isn’t for one “ideal candidate;” it’s built to serve real women in real bodies, living real (often hectic) lives. That’s why we ran a 90‑day pilot clinical trial at STAT Wellness with women of different ages, body types, races, and starting points.
We didn’t just ask whether women moved toward their body goals. We looked at how their energy, digestion, cravings, and day‑to‑day lives shifted.
This is the full picture, so you can decide what’s right for you. Let’s go, Supernova!
What We Studied

1. Body Recomposition
Less visceral fat, more lean mass, reshaping how your body handles fuel, hormones, and strength in everyday life.

2. Gut ↔ Metabolism
A key connection that impacts energy harvest (storing vs. burning fuel), insulin sensitivity, and metabolic inflammation.

3. Gut ↔ Brain
The vagus nerve relays gut signals that shape mood, cognitive sharpness, appetite regulation, and more.
The results?
Lives transformed.

The goal is never a quick fix or a number on a scale. It’s to help your body heal first, then strengthen its metabolic, digestive, and cognitive systems so the results you see are truly foundational and built to last.

Greatness doesn't happen overnight.
Everyone’s body has a timeline of its own. But more often than not, results you want don't happen overnight. This reflects when participants experienced benefits.*^

External support + Flourish =
Real Life Impact
Participants were given extra resources throughout the trial. From dietitian-developed recipes to expert guidance from Kirstin Oja, DNP and weekly guides and support emails from NOVA's founder, Kathryn Robinson. These are the results.
DECREASED BY 63%*
When you feel at home in your body, your confidence shifts. Participants reported that the motivational content received combined with non-scale victories (clothes fitting better, improved digestion, etc.) helped them feel more confident in their lives.*
FOOD ANXIETY DECREASED 67%*
Food anxiety quieted significantly. Women reported fewer loss‑of‑control moments around food, less obsessive thinking about what to eat next, and a calmer, more neutral relationship with meals, reflecting meaningful reductions in food‑related distress.*
DECREASED BY 52%*
The gut–brain axis was supported, which helps steady the brain chemicals and nervous system signals behind irritability and emotional ups and downs. We paired that internal shift with mindset tools and education.
Significant shift in those exhausting thoughts about weight, size, and what other people might think. Women reported feeling less shame about the number on the scale, less pressure to “look a certain way,” and fewer moments spent comparing their bodies to everyone around them. Instead of fixating on what was “wrong” with them, they started caring more about how they felt and loving their bodies.
Difficulty managing stress: -50%
Anxiety: -45%
Overwhelm: -34%
As gut health improved and blood sugar became more stable, women had steadier energy and more consistent serotonin and nervous system signaling. so their brains weren’t living in fight‑or‑flight all day. At the same time, we shared supportive resources and tools, helping women make sense of what they were feeling and create more breathing room in their day.
