Welcome, Supernova! I created Flourish for every woman who’s ever felt at war with her own body. For years, I battled body dysmorphia while the wellness world fed me a constant stream of restriction, shame, and one-size-fits-all fixes. I tried to shrink myself to fit into a system that wasn’t built for all women. Eventually, I realized the problem wasn’t my body. It was the industry. So, I built something different. Flourish is a rejection of diet culture, a rejection of the lie that smaller is better, and a return to self-trust. This mission evolved from NOVA, a science and faith-led wellness brand that creates award-winning, multifunctional products and a real community. Wellness shouldn’t demand perfection.
